Incidents Breakdown

Using the Detail tab in the Opened Incidents Overview dashboard, you can view the Incident Breakdown section.

In the Incidents Breakdown section, you can view the Opened Incidents volume by their severity, status, and categorization.

View by Severity

The By Severity graph in this section displays the total opened incidents volume, volume of the incidents based on their severity level (Critical or High), and percentage indicator that indicates the increase or decrease in the current volume of the incidents compared to the volume of incidents from the previous day, week, or month.

View by Status

The By Status graph in this section displays opened incidents volume by their status. In the graph, the horizontal axis represents status of the opened incidents and the vertical axis represents the opened incidents volume.

View by Categorization

The By Categorization graph in this section displays the volume of the Reopened Incidents.

Metrics Used

Metric Name Description
Reopened Incidents

The sum of Incidents that were reopened after they were closed. This is a configurable metric. Based on your business requirements, the administrator can configure the initial setup to tailor the metric suitably.
