Resolved Incidents Volume

This section displays total volume of the resolved incidents, volume of the resolved incidents based on their Severity (Critical or High), and percentage indicator that indicates increase or decrease in the current volume of the resolved incidents compared to volume of the resolved incidents from previous day, week, or month.

Resolved Incidents

The number of Incidents with the Incident status - Resolved as on a specific time period. Incidents that are resolved and subsequently moved to the Closed state within the time period are also included in the count.
