Resolved Incidents Trend

This section displays resolved incidents summary based on the category selectors such as, Contact Type, Location, and Severity.

In the Resolved Incidents Trend graph,

Horizontal axis represents the contributors in the Contact Type, Location, or Severity depending on your choice of the Category selector options.
Vertical axis represents volume of the resolved incidents.

Metrics Used

Metric Name	Description
Resolved Incidents	The number of Incidents with the Incident status - Resolved as on a specific time period. Incidents that are resolved and subsequently moved to the Closed state within the time period are also included in the count.
