You may use this section to view the Open Work summary for a particular assignee. You can choose the assignee from the Total Open Work by Assignee section along the left side of the dashboard.
This section displays Assignee Name details for the selected assignee:
A graph displays breakdown of open work for the selected assignee.
Calculations in this section are based on the task type selected in this section or the Total Open Work by Assignee section. Therefore, following metrics are calculated for each task type.

| Number of Open Tasks (based on task type) |
Total number of open tasks in each task type. such as, Incident and Problem. |
| Average Age (Days) |
Average age of open tasks in days for each task type. Average Age = (Sum (Task Age))/(Number of Tasks) |
| Overdue Tasks |
Number of open tasks that are past the Due Date. |
