You can use this section to view the details of the open tasks corresponding to an Assignee.
In this section, based on the task type selected in the Total Open Work by Assignee or Assignee Open Work sections, task details are displayed in a tabular format.
Note: In case of incidents, reassigned incidents are displayed in blue. To perform reassignment analysis on an incident, right click on the Incident Number and click Reassignment Analysis.
