Successful Change Implementation

This dashboard enables you to view success rate of implementation of changes corresponding to Time Period, Change Type, and Configuration Item (CI).

In this dashboard, you can use the Assignment Group selector to filter and view the relevant completed change request details.

You can also use the following tabs to determine the time period considered for the display of the completed change requests:

Weekly – To display change details based on the trailing twelve weeks and the current week's data.

Monthly – To display change details based on the trailing twelve months and the current month's data.
