Successful Change Implementation Over Time

This section enables you to analyze trend of the successful implementation of changes over a period of time. You can select the time period from the Time Period tab (Weekly and Monthly) in the Successful Change Implementation dashboard.

In this Section, you can view the trend of total completed changes overlaid with the percentage of successfully implemented changes.

A vertical bar graph with three axes represents the successful Change implementation over time. In the graph, the following detail is depicted:

Horizontal axis represents time, as week over week or month over month.
Vertical axes represents number of closed change requests as primary axis and percentage of successfully implemented change requests as the secondary axis.

Metrics Used

Metric Name	Description
Closed Changes	Number of Change Requests closed within a period of time.
Successful Changes	Number of Change Requests flagged as Successful. Successful Change Requests exclude the following conditions: Unsuccessful Fail Rollback Regress Revert Backed out
Successful Percentage	Ratio between the number of Changes implemented successfully and the number of Closed Changes, in percentage.

Number of Change Requests closed within a period of time.

Successful Changes

Number of Change Requests flagged as Successful. Successful Change Requests exclude the following conditions:

Unsuccessful
Fail
Rollback
Regress
Revert
Backed out

Successful Percentage

Ratio between the number of Changes implemented successfully and the number of Closed Changes, in percentage.
