Incident Backlog Overview
The Incident Backlog Overview dashboard enables you to view breakdown of the volume of incident backlog by its assignment groups, trend of the incident backlog for the past 12 months based on a chosen assignment group, and monthly incident backlog summary corresponding to the assignees in the assignment group.
Viewing Incident Backlog Trend Analysis Dashboard
You can modify and view the contents of this dashboard using the following
options:
- Select Classification Level Here - To view the Incident Backlog details based on their Classification Level.
- Select Parent
Group Here - To view the Incident Backlog details based on
their Parent Group.
- Level 4,
Level 3, Level 2, and Level 1. The
Assignment Groups are segregated into a hierarchy of levels. Level 4 is the highest level and Level 1 is the lowest. The lower level
Assignment Groups are filtered based on your choice of the higher
level Assignment Group. The filters will be displayed only if there are values other than "Unknown" and "Unspecified".
