Ticket Backlog Weekly Snapshot iCube - The Ticket Backlog Weekly iCube enables you to create historical analytic insights through week-to-week trend analysis of customer support ticket backlog data as tickets move through the support process from Creation, Assignment and Closure. The Ticket Backlog Weekly provides visibility into the weekly snapshot of the tickets in the backlog both at individual and aggregated levels, as analyzed across the various attributes in the iCube. This iCube helps the Support and Customer Success Managers to effectively manage their support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Change Failure Factors dashboard- The existing Change Failure Factor dashboard has now been enhanced by including a new filter Change Failure Flag, Bar graph driven Failure Factor information, Tabular representation of Failure Factor’s details, and a new page CFP Failure Factor details that displays detailed information about Changes. The Change Failure Factors dashboard helps you predict the outcome of a Change through a set of configured failure factors. The failure factor values of closed unsuccessful changes enable you to identify the possible causes for a failure, thereby, helping you plan for a successful implementation.
