Top 10 Items

This dashboard helps you in viewing and analyzing the top 10 most common Requested Items during a specific time period.

The time period (Weekly, Monthly, or Quarterly) selection drives the content of the below mentioned sections.

Top 10 Overdue Requested Items

This section lists the Top 10 most requested items for the selected time period. You can filter the Top 10 by Request Item type.

Selecting an item from the Type drop down menu provides summary information for the item with trend and detail information in the Trend for Item Request and Open Item Request Details for sections.
Click a bar diagram to view the corresponding details in the below section.

Trend for Item Request

This section displays the graphical representation of the service request trend of the selected item, in the Top 10 Overdue Requested Items, for the selected time period.

Open Item Request Details for

This section displays the service request details of the selected item, in the Top 10 Overdue Requested Items, for the selected time period.

Metrics Used

Metric Name	Description
Open Requests	Number of Requests that are Open at this time.
Request Item Age	Number of days since a selected request was created.
Days Over Due	Number of days beyond the due date for a selected request.
Average Fulfillment Time	Average Number of Days it takes for a request to be fulfilled. This is measured in Days.
