The Resource Skill iCube enables you to create ad-hoc reports that help you analyze resource skills based on interest and proficiency levels. The iCube provides a list of attributes and metrics calculated based on a specific time period using which you can create new dossiers.

Resource Skill Interest Level |
Rating indicating how important a skill is for the resource. The ratings are on a scale of 1 to 10, where 1 to 3 is Low, 4 to 7 is Medium, and 8 to 10 is High. |
Resource Skill Proficiency Level |
Rating indicating how well a resource performs the skill. The ratings are on a scale of 1 to 10, where 1 to 3 is Beginner, 4 to 7 is Advanced, and 8 to 10 is Expert. |
Resource Skill Weight |
A weighting factor used when there are multiple skills with the same levels of proficiency and interest. The weight is assigned on a scale of 1 to 10 with 1 being the lowest and 10 being the highest. |
