Request Trend

This dashboard helps you to view the Departments and Item Type that are requested the most in a specific time period.

To be able to view the service request trend and details, you must perform the below steps:

  1. Select a Department or Item Type.
  2. Select a time period (Weekly, Monthly, or Quarterly) for which you want to view the service request trend.

The above parameter selection drives the content of the below mentioned sections.

This section displays a graphical representation of the Service Request Trend of the selected Department or Item Type during the specified time period, where,

Service Request Details

This section displays the Most Requested Items and Most Changed Items (Increase / Decrease) during the selected time period.

Metrics Used

Metric Name Description
Requests

Number of Requests created or raised in a selected time period (Week, Month, or Quarter) by Department or Item Type.

Most Increase

Greatest Increase in Request Numbers for Request Items within an Item type. This is measured in comparison with the previous period (for example, month over month).

Most Decrease

Greatest reduction in Request Numbers for Request Items within an Item time This is measured in comparison with the previous period (for example, month over month).
