In this section, selection of the tab Department or Item Types displays the corresponding value below. Select the desired items to explore the associated details.
The bubble size can represent Opened Request Items, Business Duration, or Request Item Overdue (Days). You can use the drop down menu to select the metric, which you want to be represented as a bubble in the graph.

The greatest increase in volume of requests from a previous time period. It is measured by either Department, Item Type, or Item. |

Number of Requests created or raised in a selected time period (Week, Month, or Quarter) by Department or Item Type. |
