Metrics Used

Metric Name Description
Highest Increase in Service Requests

The greatest increase in volume of requests from a previous time period. It is measured by either Department, Item Type, or Item.

Service Requests

Number of Requests created or raised in a selected time period (Week, Month, or Quarter) by Department or Item Type.
