In this dashboard, you can view the life cycle of a Request Item to identify phases where SLA breeches occur.
This section displays the list of Departments, Item Class, list of all the Items, and their Overdue AVG. Selection of these parameters in this section drives the content of the State Breakdown section.
This section provides a graphical representation of the average time taken to fulfill a selected request item. The average is bounded by minimum and maximum values for fulfillment duration for a selected period.
Selecting a Department, Item Class, and Item type in the Delivery Overview section displays the Stage and State breakdown details for the selected parameters. The right side also shows the average overdue duration for the Stage breakdown or State breakdown of the selected request item.
