Opened Incidents Trend

The Opened Incidents Trend dashboard enables you to view trend of the opened incidents over a period of time based on status, assignment group, category, sub category, and severity.

Viewing Opened Incidents Trend Dashboard

You can use the following time slice tabs to view the Opened Incidents details in every section of this dashboard:

• Days - displays the Opened Incidents trend based on data from the past 14 days.
• Weekly - displays the Opened Incidents trend based on data from the past 13 weeks. The 13 weeks period includes the current week and the past 12 weeks.
• Monthly - displays the Opened Incidents trend based on data from the past 13 months. The 13 months period includes the current month and the past 12 months.
