Completed Changes Trend

The Completed Changes Trend dashboard enables you to view breakdown of the completed Change Request by various parameters such as the Type, Scope, Priority, Category, and Department.

• In this dashboard, you can use the Assignment Group selector to filter and view the relevant completed Change Request details.
• You can also use the following tabs to determine the time period considered for the display of the completed Change Requests:
  • Weekly - To display the Change details based on the trailing twelve weeks and the current week's data
  • Monthly – To display the Change details based on the trailing twelve months and the current month's data.
• Furthermore, you can use the Type, Scope, Priority, Risk, Category, and Department option buttons to further filter and view the Change details.

A vertical bar graph represents the Completed Change Request details. In the graph, horizontal axis represents time, as week over week or month over month and vertical axis represents the number of the completed Change Requests.
