Closed Change Details

This dashboard enables you to analyze the details of your Change Requests during analysis.

To be able to view the change request details, perform the steps below:

1. Select a time period for which you want to view the details.
   The available values are, Last Month, Last Quarter, and Last 12 Months.
2. From the CI Class dropdown menu, select a value.
3. From the Request Department dropdown menu, select a value.

According to the above mentioned selections, the corresponding change request details in the Change Details Drivers section are displayed.

Change Details Drivers

In this section, you can select a Configuration Item (CI) Change Type, or Riskwhich establishes the details of individual Change Requests in the Change Details section.

Tip: You can select multiple entries from the Configuration Item (CI), Change, Type, and Risk level.

Change Details

In this section, you can view the change request details of the selected parameters in the Change Details Drivers section.
