The Change Lifecycle Dashboard enables you to analyze open and close durations for the Change Requests. You can view data at a Weekly and Monthly level.
You can select a time period by clicking Week or Month tab.
This section provides a graphical view of the average, minimum, and maximum time taken for a selected Change Request Risk or Type.
Selecting a time period (week or month) provides process breakdown times as described in the State Breakdown section.
This section provides the average duration for each state a Change Request follows. It follows the workflow setup for a change request Risk or Type.
An example change request workflow may have five states. Each state would then be represented in this graph as a bubble.
