Change Compliance

This dashboard provides a summary of Change request compliance over a period of time with a summary view of success and failure of changes.

Performance Trend

This section displays a graphical representation of how successful Change implementations have been, in the selected time period (Week or Month), where:

• The X-axis represents the successful, unsuccessful changes, and the failure percentage. Legends depict the Successful, Unsuccessful changes, and Failure percentage over the selected time period.
• The Y-axis represents the number of Change Requests made during the selected time period.
• The Line diagram represents the percentage of the Failed Change Requests in the selected time period.

Change Outcomes

This section displays the breakdowns of the Change Requests by their Success and Failure and their states for the selected time period.

You can view the total number of Success and Failure of the Change requests as a bar diagram, where the legends depict the status of the Success or Failures.

Change Scorecard

This section displays the KPIs for the selected time period. You can view the percentage increase or decrease of the Total Number of Changes, Planned Downtime, Emergency Changes, Unplanned Downtime, Closed Changes, and Emergency Closed Changes.
