Backlog Change Details

This dashboard provides a master detail view of Change request backlog.

Select a month of your choice from the Month dropdown menu to view backlog details for the month.
Select a value from the Overduedropdown menu to limit entries for Change requests that are past due.
Select a Configuration Item (CI) Class from the CI Class dropdown menu for which you want to view the change backlog details.

Selection of the above parameters drives the content of the Change Details Drivers section.

Change Details Drivers

In this section, you can select a Configuration Item (CI), Type, or Department which establishes details of individual Change Requests in the Change Details section.

Tip: You can select multiple entries from the Configuration Item (CI), Type, and Department.

Change Details

In this section, you can view change request details of the selected parameters under Change Details Drivers.

Metrics Used

The metrics used in this dashboard are as follows:

Metric Name	Description
Closed Changes	Number of Change Requests closed within a period of time.
